butts are gross

I tried my first cigarette today. mom, if youre reading this, dont worry. i hated it. my motives for trying it were really good though. I was helping my friend out with his photography project (which happens to be a documentary on people who smoke) and anyway we found this amazing background spot by a building and the lighting was perfect but there were no smokers around. you get the idea. anyway it was awful and i coughed for like 20 min after that. smoking=lametown, usa.

anyway im pretty sure that was the highlight of my day. i officially decided i hate smoking.

other than that i have been doing things non-stop...basically just my photo project bc its due next week. i was in the darkroom for like 4 hours today. and i made 2 prints. sometimes i amaze myself.

i cant wait for my boots to come in! my dreams of becoming pocahontas are going to come true in the near future.

today i recieved my first issue of National Geographic. Its 100% spectacular. It came with a sweet poster of dinosaurs who hail from the distant land of Laurasia (its like they couldnt decide if they wanted to name the land lauren or aisa) anyway it is now hanging on the side of my bed.
